Within the picturesque Marina Village, Baker's Bay will offer a charming colony of twenty-six units ranging from two-bedroom "shopkeepers" flats to four-bedroom cottages. While these units will be privately owned by Baker's Bay members, they will be placed in a rental pool managed by the club to provide Baker's Bay with an elegant lodging component that members and guests can use to enjoy the club on a short-term basis. Integrated into both the village and marina, these units will be fully furnished and within walking distance to the beach.
