After two years of hard work and dedication, the Baker's Bay marina has come to life! On December 26, 2008 we welcomed our first mega-yacht, the 160' FeadShip Time For Us. Upon departure, Captain Ben Turner proclaimed Baker's Bay Marina as their new "favorite destination" and promised to visit us again next winter. Adding to the excitement at Baker's Bay is the completion of several homes in the Marina Village. Members and guests alike are enjoying the benefits of the spacious 4-bedroom Harbour House as well as the gorgeous 3-bedroom townhouses. And just steps away on Will's Island, spring visitors have been enjoying frequent sunset cocktail parties and Junkanoo celebrations!

The residential units in the Marina Village at Baker's Bay draw their aesthetic inspiration from the historic settlement towns of Eleuthera and the Abaco Islands. The architecture has its roots in Bahamian "Loyalist" design and features deep verandas and porches, cedar roofs, dormered attic stories and high ceilings to allow residents to live comfortably in the island's subtropical climate.
This picture-perfect village is a charming expression of the colorful Bahamian culture that blends European craftsmanship with the relaxed ambiance of the Caribbean. To capture the architectural variety of the region, the Marina Village will offer Corner Houses, Side Yard Houses, Boat Houses, Side Porch Houses, and Square Houses-all with unique features and amenities.
The landscape of the Marina Village is simple yet refined, with a palette of bougainvillea, coconut palms, and native flowering shrubs set against white picket fences and natural stone walls.
